Responsibilities:
- 1. To answer all incoming calls/enquiries and revert calls that are missed before you leave for the day; To check email daily, respond and follow up on the enquiries accordingly;
- 2. To prepare quotation to customers.
- 3. Compile monthly enquiry and sales report; Submit to Head of Department.
- 4. Post / update our products on social media platforms.
- 5. Update customer profiles; Identify prospective customers; Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs; Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- 6. To familiarise the Standard Operating Procedure for managing Lazada & Shoppee account (provided in a separate sheet) & dropping off to nearby courier service centre.
- 7. Train, educate, support and work with other team members and leaders to ensure a high quality delivery of customer experience; To fill-in and support absent team member.
Requirements:
- good communication skills
- understand computer operation
- Friendly, polite, willing to learn
Qualification:
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
