Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations to meet their needs.
- Promote and upsell products, inform customers about ongoing promotions, and process sales transactions efficiently.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about the latest products and trends in the industry to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
